Return Process

  Log into your Skinstation account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship to Skinstation

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our dermatological specialists verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
